In-Store Purchase Policy
Jewelry purchased in-store has a no refund policy, exchanges must be made within 15 days on unworn/unrepaired merchandise. There is a 30 day manufacturers defect on all precious stone items. After initial sizing, customer is responsible for future sizing costs. Watches cannot be exchanged and warranties are covered by the respective watch manufacturer.
